Question: On which networks can I use the phone with?

Answer: The phones work with any GSM network. In order to use the phone all you need to have is a SIM card. If your cell phone provider does not use a SIM card then you will not be able to use the phone.

Q: Do I need to unlock the phone in order to use it?

Answer: No, the phone are already unlocked. All you need to do is insert your SIM card and turn the phone on.

Q: Does the phones support picture messaging?

Answer: Yes, the phones support picture messaging but requires the cell phone provider (AT&T, T-Mobile etc.) to setup some features in the data account.

Q: How can I setup the internet account?

Answer: There are 2 ways to setup the internet in the phones:

1. Have your cell phone provider do it for you.(most providers will send you a text message directly to your phone)

2. Setup the feature yourself. You can look up your cell provider website for the appropriate setting.
